The dash ('-') in this column signifies that there isn't any attendance code for the day, however, the default will be 'Present', indicating an in-school presence. The column labeled 'Meet Codes' is a collection of all the codes taken during the day for this student by the teachers. For example, a student may have a Meet Codes like 'VAB,VAB,VAB,VP,VP'. This means 5 teachers entered an attendance for this student on that particular day. Please be aware if attendance was taken and the student was present in school and in the class, the default is blank. Therefore, the student may have a 'Meet Codes' looking like this 'ABSNT,TRDY' but the student was present for the remainder of his classes and may have a '-' for the daily attendance code. The Meeting Attendance can be seen if you run the 'ADA/ADM by Date' for a student and chose Meeting Attendance and use the Period to Day calculation.
